With its real-world laboratories for resource-efficient innovation, TU Berlin is launching three forward-looking projects: building with recycled concrete, greywater reuse (project IWIQ), and drone logistics. Despite receiving several million euros in funding from the Berlin Senate, the projects face major hurdles – most notably rigid regulations and lengthy approval processes. KWB is taking the lead in the IWIQ project.
